Full coverage 8 x 5 provides you with a
service plan that gives you peace of
mind protecting your business against
hardware and software failures. You may
also choose the full coverage option
that provides the same coverage as 8 x
5, but also provides support on major
outages on a 24 hour 7 days per week
basis. With this level of service you'll
have dedicated support 24 x 7 or 8 x 5.

Hours of operation and service:
Regular business hours are Monday -
Friday 8am-5pm
TECHMODE Service and Maintenance is
available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
via phone, customer portal or email.
Online Ticketing System:
All trouble tickets our logged into
our ticketing system. When a ticket is
updated (by you or TECHMODE) you
automatically receive an email
notification with the updated
information. As a TECHMODE client you
have access to your account 24/7. Once
logged into your portal you have access
to the following:
1) Submit a New Service Ticket
2) Update a ticket with new information
3) See who is assigned to your ticket
4) Follow up to see the resolution on your
ticket
5) Research your maintenance history - How
many tickets have you had this year? Who
submitted them? How quickly was the
issue resolved?
Spare Inventory:
TECHMODE has the largest warehouse of
maintenance inventory
compared to all Michigan

carries a full inventory of all AVAYA
equipment in TECHMODE’S warehouse in
